The Anatomy of the Hammered Dulcimer

This dulcimer is a Cloud Nine 17/16/8 with dampers and triple-spiral rosettes in the sound holes made by Michael C. Allen, Ostrander, Ohio. The 17/16/8 designation refers to the number of courses per note, and is further described on the "What is a H.D.?" page.
